Beasiswa 2013: Pertukaran Pemuda Antar Negara (Khusus Jawa Timur)

PERSYARATAN SELEKSI PPAN 2013
  1. WNI, Penduduk Jawa Timur (dibuktikan dengan foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku)
  2. Berusia dalam batasan 18 hingga 30 tahun per 1 Mei 2013, dengan ketentuan:
    • Program Kanada (18-23 tahun)
    • Program Australia (20-25 tahun)
    • Program SSEAYP (20-30 tahun)
    • Program Korea (22-27 tahun)
    • Program China (18-25 tahun)
    • Program Malaysia (23-30 tahun)
  3. Memiliki prestasi minimal tingkat Provinsi dibuktikan dengan lampiran fotokopi sertifikat atau menjadi badan pengurus harian suatu organisasi dibuktikan dengan struktur organisasi yang terlegalisasi.
  4. Menyertakan dua buah surat rekomendasi (dari organisasi dan personal selain anggota keluarga)
  5. Belum menikah
  6. Pendidikan minimal lulus SLTA atau sederajat
  7. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris aktif yang baik, dengan menyertakan nilai TOEFL minimal 450 (Sertifikat tidak perlu dilampirkan saat pengumpulan berkas aplikasi)
  8. Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan mengenai seni budaya bangsa, serta menguasai setidaknya 1 (satu) bentuk kesenian daerah Jawa Timur
  9. Belum pernah mengikuti program pertukaran pemuda antar negara yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Negara Pemuda dan Olahraga (eks-Ditjen Pendidikan Luar Sekolah dan Pemuda, Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional)
  10. Menyerahkan formulir pendaftaran yang sudah diisi lengkap (termasuk foto, essay dan jawaban lengkap terhadap semua pertanyaan)

Beasiswa: S2 Indonesia-Amerika Oleh DIKTI

The program is open to applicants who serve as part time or permanent faculty members of state and private institutions of higher education in Indonesia. Applicants will possess:
  • a Bachelor (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale)
  • a leadership qualities
  • a good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures
  • a demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
  • a willingness to return to Indonesia upon completion of the Fulbright-DIKTI program
  • a minimum institutional TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0 or IBT score of 79/80. Please note that TOEFL prediction or TOEFL-like score cannot be accepted.
DISCIPLINES
All disciplines and fields of study are eligible for a Fulbright award. The fields of study covered by the Fulbright scholarship program in the past were limited to the Social Sciences and Humanities. Since 2004, however, the policy has been changed to include also other disciplines with the exception of fields related to patient care or medical training nor to continue their study at medical school.
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates should complete the appropriate application form which can be downloaded below and send it to DIKTI address as shown on the last page of the application form. Please return your complete application package by the application deadline that includes:
  • Completed application form. This includes a clearly written and concise one page study objective.
  • Copy of your most recent, less than two years old, ITP/IBT TOEFL or IELTS score report.
  • One letter of reference, either from your current employer or previous lecturer.
  • Copy of academic transcript and diploma (English translation).

Beasiswa: Guru SMP dan SMA di AMERIKA

The International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP) is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, and is implemented by IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board), a Washington, DC based non-profit organization.
ILEP will consist of a semester-long academic program at a U.S. university, including coursework and intensive training in teaching methodologies, lesson planning, teaching strategies for their home environment, teacher leadership, as well as the use of computers for internet, word processing and as tools for teaching.
The semester-long program, which will commence in January 2013 and conclude in May 2013, will also include an internship at a secondary school to engage participants actively with the American teachers and students.
The Fellowship provides:

  • A Welcome Orientation in Washington, DC

Beasiswa: FULL + biaya hidup di KAIST KOREA

Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology KAISTKAIST takes into consideration a number of factors when determining admission, including the candidate’s academic achievements, potential, interpersonal skills, personal accomplishments, integrity, as well as leadership. For academic achievements, candidates are reviewed in context of level of studies completed in math and science classes, quality of achievements, and characteristics of institutions attended.
Admissions Eligibility and Requirements
Please read the guideline carefully. As a candidate, it is your responsibility to know the application requirements, to submit the necessary materials by the deadline, and to monitor the status of application on the website.
Eligibility for Application
  • International candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
    1. He or she has graduated or will graduate from his or her secondary education by August 31, 2013.
    2. He or she is not a citizen of Korea.
  • Korean citizens who hold dual citizenship are not eligible to apply as foreign students.
  • International candidates of Korean origin MUST additionally satisfy one of the following two requirements:
    1. Neither of the candidate’s parents is a Korean citizen or;
    2. The candidate must have received his/her entire elementary, junior high, and high school education outside of Korea at a comparable and equivalent level of those provided in Korea. But in this case, international schools located in Korea are not acknowledged as foreign schools. Candidates of Korean origin who completed their entire education (elementary, junior high, and high school) outside of Korea should submit the Certificate of the Facts Concerning the Entry & Exit issued by the Korean Immigration Office. The certificate should have recently been issued
International students of Korean origin who do not meet one of the eligibilities above CANNOT apply for International Admissions. Instead, they must apply for Korean Admissions.(http://admission.kaist.ac.kr/web/under/intro_d)
Required Materials
  1. Application Form
    • Complete application online(http://apply.kaist.ac.kr)
    • Print it out and include it in the application package with other necessary documents.
  2. Statement of Financial Resource
    • The form can be found in the online application.Select KAIST scholarship, if you are not financially sponsored by government or organization.
  3. Application Fee, 80USD or 80,000KRW
    • Please submit a nonrefundable 80 USD or 80,000 KRW, payable to KAIST by credit card or bank transfer after completing your application.
    • You cannot edit your application once you pay the application fee. Please make sure to complete your application before you make the payment.
    • We strongly recommend you to pay the fee by credit card, which is the most simple and fast way to use.
    • Additional charges (i.e. bank charges) should be covered by the candidate.
  4. Transcript
    • You are required to submit transcripts from each high school (and college) attended.
    • Official transcripts must be sent directly from your high school (and college) to KAIST.
    • Transcripts must include year by year record of all coursework from last three years of upper secondary school. The last year coursework in process should also be included.
    • If you are to submit a duplicate, the transcript should be authenticated with the seal of the issuing institution or a notary office. Simply photocopied documents are not considered valid.
  5. Letters of Recommendation
    • Two recommendation letters are required. One from homeroom teacher and the other from math or science teacher.
    • Print and submit the Recommendation Forms below.
      • Recommendation Form for Homeroom Teacher
      • Recommendation Form for Math or Science Teacher
    • Recommendations on official letterhead will also be accepted.
    • Your teachers may send their recommendation letter directly to the admissions office. Letters should be signed and sealed across the back of an official envelope by the recommenders.
    • Photocopies or recommendation letters via email are not accepted.
  6. Standardized Official Test Scores
    • Official Test Score Reports such as SAT1, SAT2, ACT, GCE A-Level, IB, AP, NCEA, high school leaving exam, university entrance exam, or other nationally/internationally recognized exam results should be submitted.
    • Official test results should be sent directly from the testing agency to KAIST. If the testing agency is unable to send the results, submit certified copy authenticated with the seal of the issuing institution or a notary office. Simply photocopied documents are not considered valid.
    • Institution Code of KAIST for SAT score report: 4433
    • You may attach a separate sheet to explain the exam procedure, competition rate, results, etc.
    • Certificate of National or International Olympiad can replace Official Test Score. Submit certified copy authenticated with the seal of the issuing institution or a notary office. Simply photocopied documents are not considered valid.
  7. Certificate of Official English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    • Candidates whose native language is not English must submit the EPT certificate. Candidates whose official language is English are exempt from submitting the EPT certificate.
    • Candidates are recommended to achieve above TOEFL PBT 550, CBT 210, iBT 80, TEPS 550, IELTS 5.5 and TOEIC (Listening & Reading 750, Speaking level 6, Writing level 7).
    • For TOEIC, all three TOEIC score reports (Listening & Reading, Speaking, Writing) should be submitted.
    • EPT must be taken within two years from the deadline of the online application.
    • ETS can send your original copy of score report directly to KAIST admissions office. Score reports must be received by the deadline. If you are to submit a duplicate, the EPT result should be authenticated with the seal of the issuing institution or a notary office. Simply photocopied documents are not considered valid.
    • Institution Code of KAIST for TOEFL score report: 0195
    • IELTS takers are allowed to submit a photocopy instead of an original copy of score report. Test score will be verified via Test Report Form (TRF) number.
  8. Copy of Passport or National ID Card
    • Submit a copy of your International Passport or National ID card.
Optional Materials
  1. Honors and Awards
    • You may submit up to five honors or awards obtained during your secondary and tertiary education.
  2. Secondary/tertiary School Profile
    • You may submit GPA rating system, college acceptance statistics, or other information that would help us understand your school better.
Admissions Timeline
Applicants can choose to apply either Early Decision or Regular Decision. The only difference in Early Decision and Regular Decision is the deadline. The reason we have two application cycles is because it provides applicants with more options so they can choose which works best for them.
Important Notes
  1. If any of the submitted materials contain false information, admission may be rescinded.
  2. Candidates whose forms and supporting documents are incomplete or improper will be disqualified from the admissions process.
  3. Submitted documents will NOT be returned in any case. Keep a copy of the completed form in case the materials get lost in the mail. Your teachers should do the same.
  4. It is strongly recommended that all required documents should be typed instead of handwritten.
  5. After paying the application fee, you will not be able to modify your application or get a refund. Thus, carefully check what you have filled in before paying the application fee.
  6. When asked to submit original documents, you must submit original documents. A duplicate should be authenticated with the seal of the issuing institution. Simply photocopied documents are not considered valid
  7. All documents should be translated in English or Korean. The translated copy should have a seal of the institution as well.
  8. Please use clips to bind the contents and do not staple the submitting materials.
  9. The application number should be kept for further procedure such as checking the final decision.
  10. Make sure to visit the admissions website for document arrival check (Dec. 31th ~ May 13th). We will not contact you individually.
  11. Admitted students may not defer enrollment to a later semester. Students who wish to defer enrollment must reapply.
Scholarship
KAIST provides full scholarship (tuition and fees) and monthly allowances for all admitted students who are not financially supported by government or organization. Monthly allowances will be around 200,000 ~ 350,000KRW.

Beasiswa: OXFORD Bidang Studi Chemical, Biological / Life & Medical Sciences.

St Cross College invites applications for these two scholarships from students who will begin studying for a postgraduate research degree in the University of Oxford in the academic year 2013 – 2014 and who list St Cross College as their first choice college on their Graduate Admissions application.
The E.P. Abraham Scholarships have a value of £5,000 to cover the annual College fee, currently £2532 per annum for 2012-2013 and a small additional stipend, and are tenable for three years coterminous with college fee liability. The successful scholars will be guaranteed to have a room in College accommodation (at the standard rent) for the first year of their course. These Scholarships are open to those wishing to study for degrees in the chemical, biological/life and medical sciences. Applications should be received by Friday 24th May 2013.

Beasiswa: Fulbright S3 AMERIKA min IPK 3 TOEFL 575 / IELTS 6.5

Preference will be given to applicants who serve or plan to serve as faculty members of state and private institutions of higher education in Indonesia and have not previously received any Fulbright scholarship.
Applicants will possess:
  • a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • a good understanding of Indonesian and other cultures.
  • a deep commitment to the chosen field of study.
  • a determination to return to Indonesia upon completion of the Fulbright program and to take up academic positions in higher education upon their return.
  • a minimum ITP TOEFL score of 575 or IBT TOEFL score of 90 or IELTS score of 6.5. Please note that TOEFL prediction or TOEFL-like score cannot be accepted.
Note: Based on recent changes in U.S. institution requirements, the TOEFL requirement for this program has been changed. The new requirement is as follows: “Generally, the TOEFL requirement for PhD program is 575 and above. However, a score of 550 and above will be considered for the following fields: non applied Physics, non applied Mathematics, and non applied Chemistry.”

Scholarships for excellent students
The University of Amsterdam aims to attract the world’s brightest students to its international classrooms. Outstanding students from outside the European Economic Area can apply for an Amsterdam Merit Scholarship.
Requirements for eligibility
Candidates wishing to take part in the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship programme must meet the following requirements:
  • Hold a non-EU/EEA passport and not be eligible for support under the Dutch system of study grants and loans (“Studiefinanciering”; for more information please refer to: www.ib-groep.nl). The scholarship office should be notified as soon as possible of any change in nationality, type of residence permit, and/or possible “Studiefinanciering” support, throughout the academic year.
  • Be fully admitted to a degree programme at the Universiteit van Amsterdam which is registered at the Central Register of Higher Education Programmes (CROHO; for more information refer to: www.ib-groep.nl).
    For more information about general application requirements, please consult the individual programme descriptions at www.uva.nl/isp for study programmes taught in English, or www.uva.nl/application for study programmes taught in Dutch.
    Scholarship continuation is not guaranteed when a candidate changes his or her degree programme.
  • Be admitted to a bachelor’s or master’s programme at the Universiteit van Amsterdam for the first time. AMS will not be awarded to candidates who are admitted for a second bachelor’s or master’s programme at the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
  • Be able to comply with Dutch visa regulations.
  • Be enrolled at the UvA as full-time student for the academic year and the programme for which the scholarship is awarded.
  • The candidate should not receive a full coverage scholarship for the same period of study as the AMS scholarship. Notify the scholarships office when another full scholarship such as HSP, Alban, NFP, etc. has been awarded and which scholarship has been chosen to accept.
  • Scholarship continuation for subsequent year(s) of study depends upon satisfactory study progress. The programme you will be enrolled in, as it depends on the curriculum and rules and regulations of the department, sets the standard for satisfactory progress, the time and manner in which progress will be measured. Please be advised that you are expected to gain approximately 80% of credits in any one year.

Beasiswa : S1 University Kent UK

University of Kent UK The University has a long tradition of welcoming international students from around the world and is pleased to be able to offer a number of scholarships for entry at undergraduate level.
The scholarships will be worth £5000 per annum (for up to three years of study) towards the cost of tuition fees and are offered to nationals of any country paying international fees.
The closing date for application is 31 May prior to the academic year of entry.
ELIGIBILITY
  • Applicants for undergraduate study at the University of Kent may ask to be considered for one of the University’s International Scholarships.
  • In order to be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, all of the conditions 1 to 3 below must have been satisfied:
    1. an application must have been made for a degree course at the University of Kent .
    2. the applicant must have received an offer of a place on such a degree course.

HOW TO APPLY – UNDERGRADUATE
At the point of application for the scholarship, you are asked to submit an original essay of between 750 to 1,000 words on the topic: “Why have you chosen your selected degree programme; why have you applied to the University of Kent; and how do you see your degree at Kent preparing you for your life after graduation“.

What Does It Take?
To apply for PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia Undergraduate Program, the following qualifications should be fulfilled:

How to Apply?
Complete the Undergraduate Application Form (available at the Student Council or download it here) and attach the following documents:
  • Latest 4×6 photograph attached to the Undergraduate Application Form
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A certified copy of the latest academic transcript
  • The latest tuition receipt
  • A letter stating that you will not receive a scholarship from any other institution or organization after being selected as TCI Undergraduate (sealed)
  • A letter stating that you are willing to follow orientation program during school holiday after being selected as TCI Undergraduate (sealed)
  • Three essays in English with minimum 500 words per essay and printed on A4 paper, using size 10 Times New Roman font. The three topics are:
    • Why do you choose your current major?
    • What is your favourite subject that is relevant to TCI and how can you apply that to TCI?
    • Why do you deserve a scholarship from TCI?
  • SKCK Certificate from Police (if you don’t have it when you submit the documents, please bring it during the interview session).

The successful candidates will be invited to the recruitment process on April 2013 and the scholarship will be given on the 7th semester.
What Do We Offer?
Students who pass the selection process will receive:
  • Scholarship for maximum 2 semesters of IDR 6,000,000 per semester
  • Opportunity to join Graduate Development Program for 18 months and 2 years of services at PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia after graduating from the university

Kuliah S-1 Hingga S-3 Gratis di Brunei Pemerintah Brunei Darussalam membuka program beasiswa kuliah untuk tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penerima beasiswa akan menempuh studi di Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (Unissa) dan Institut Teknologi Brunei (ITB) mulai Juli/Agustus mendatang.

Warga negara Brunei Darussalam tidak diperbolehkan melamar beasiswa ini. Pelamar haruslah berusia 18-25 tahun untuk jenjang sarjana, dan maksimal 35 tahun untuk jenjang pascasarjana. Beasiswa akan diberikan selama empat tahun untuk jenjang sarjana, satu hingga dua tahun untuk jenjang S-2, dan tiga tahun untuk studi doktoral.

Pemerintah Brunei Darussalam akan menanggung seluruh biaya studi dan biaya administrasi lain yang ditentukan pihak kampus. Scholar juga akan mendapatkan fasilitas transportasi pesawat udara kelas ekonomi dari negara asal ke Brunei  Darussalam sesuai persetujuan Brunei Mission Abroad. Setelah masa studi usai, penerima beasiswa bisa mendaftar untuk mendapatkan tiket
kepulangan ke negara asal.

Biaya lain yang akan diberikan adalah biaya hidup bulanan, biaya buku, uang makan, dan biaya bagasi pesawat. Selain itu, penerima beasiswa juga akan mendapatkan fasilitas akomodasi pada
